Several times a year we send out wound care dressings to this hospital, because they are either unavailable in Nepal or too expensive to purchase.  In a country where the beds are as hard as rock, pressure sores are sadly still a common sight so we send out items which help to alleviate this issue.

The palliative care unit at the National Cancer Hospital also has a small bay for children with life-limiting illnesses. When we visited in October 2016, the ward was in need of redecorating and making child-friendly and we were pleased to be able to contribute toward this project.
