Nithoi is currently the project manager for Menstrual Health (MHM) at Karma Flights. She was originally from a small village just an hour away from Pokhara, She is working towards a Master's degree in sociology, a field that deeply aligns with her passion for social change and community development. She is dedicated to ensuring that every girl and woman has the right to proper menstrual hygiene management.

 She promotes reusable and sustainable menstrual products through awareness sessions, product distribution, and strong community engagement, She advocates for dignity, health, and empowerment for girls and women across Nepal.
